It means we aren't just office-based Quantity Surveyors. Our team is built of former builders who have been on the tools. We estimate based on how projects are actually built on-site—understanding waste, site constraints, and the real-world pressure of running a construction business.
It’s simple. Email us your plans (architectural and engineering) along with a brief scope of works. We will send you a fee proposal, and once you approve that, we get to work on your estimate immediately.
Every project is unique, so we don't have a "one size fits all" price. Instead, we provide a fee proposal upfront based on the size and complexity of your build.
We know that momentum wins jobs. Our standard turnaround time is less than 7 working days, ensuring you get your quote back fast so you can secure the work.
We provide the estimate in both PDF and Excel (editable) formats. This allows you to easily import the data into your own project management software or spreadsheet system.
Absolutely. Our estimates are professional and transparent. We also offer client-ready reports fully branded with your logo and colors, where you can choose exactly what detail (e.g. hiding margins or specific rates) is shown to the customer.
